I really enjoy this work because therapy clients possess the strength, courage and willingness to face challenges that most people prefer to ignore. The ones who seek help are the ones who can learn to grow and flourish. So congratulations on making it this far!
 

My style is caring, empathetic and insightful. I draw upon various approaches and philosophies. But underlying them all is a simple belief that all human beings are naturally striving towards greater wholeness and healing. Even if our lives do not appear that way on the surface, even to ourselves. This does not mean that we never experience pain, suffering or sorrow. Because we do. But when we explore our lives in a spirit of compassionate inquiry, we often find the simple desire for happiness lies beneath our sometimes messy life stories. I consider it a privilege and a joy to witness each person's journey towards your unique life goals, dreams and fulfillment.
